Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 daysย from receiving your item(s) toย send your order back to us for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide a copy of your name and order number inside your parcel.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thebridalbunny.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 73 Normanby Drive, Connahs Quay, Flintshire CH5 4LH and must reach us within 14 days of when you originally received your order.
If your return is accepted, we will send a confirmation email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Weย suggestย that you send your item(s) back to us via recorded delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post and a refunded wont be provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as Bridal Garters due to personal hygiene reasons.ย We also cannot except returns for personalised or bespoke items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Unless your order was faulty you will not be refunded for any delivery fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
